Scattered Thoughts; Scattered Mind
Scattered thoughts; Scattered Mind
Everything at once
Think of this; Think of that
How to keep it straight
Do this; Do that
Hands are flying high
Go here; Go there
Which way is up
Crazy life; Crazy world
How to slow it down
Breathe now, Breath deep
Focus on the breath
In slow; Out fast
Calmness entering
Quiet mind; Quiet breath
Mindful meditation
Open heart; Open mind
Peace is coming now
Noises come; Noises go
A humming in your ear
Letting go; Letting God
Welcome serenity
Light comes; Light shines
Listen to the earth
Heart beat; Heart felt
Music of the soul
Peaceful day; Peaceful night
Spirit's soaring high
Trust Light; Trust Love
All the chaos gone
With Love and Light;

Sorry Nina, I deleted my comment by mistake.... Can't remember what I did... Duh!!!! Anyhow--- I enjoyed your poem... I've felt scattered all day since I've been watching the 9/11 events today. I hope that nothing ever happens like 9/11 again in our country. It's just so sad---and brings up so many 'scattered' feelings..
Hugs,
Betsy
Betsy, it truly was a sad time. I knew someone who saw it happen in NY and it shocked them deeply. I hope great good will spring from the dark abyss this moment created.
Wonderful poem Nina, from chaos to calm :)
I love this one. The very last line says it all.
"Trust Light; Trust Love All the chaos gone"
So simple. So true.
I ticked the inspiration box Nina because that is what your poems do for me....They inspire me to think, feel, enjoy....
And your comments over at my blog always add clarity to the post.
May your spirit always soar.
Namaste

Nicely done.
I love looking at clouds! Thanks for the great views!
Beautiful photos--they fill my eyes. Lovely words--they fill my heart.
So true, you. Your words speak volumes.
This is a lovely meditation. I followed your words into this moment. Lovely skies too ms.Nina.
You make a very important point here, Nina. If we wait, have faith, breathe in and out with patience, calm does arrive. It can take time. I love how you wrote about this. Very encouraging for any of us who struggle with busy mind! We can wait it out. Of course, prayer helps! Inner peace is our true nature, may we never forget that. :-)
Some beautiful cloud pictures here and a lovely poem. Thank you Nina for always leaving inspiring comments on my posts.
